The Ministry for Young-Adults
Children & Teens of the First Pentecostal Church
exists to MENTOR young people by creating an
environment that allows them
to CONNECT with mentors and peers,
while nurturing them to a place were they can HELP
the local community and REACH peers, in order to ADORE
God's Name.
The Youth and Young Adult ministries
accomplishes its purpose by utilizing Abundance Groups,
Peer Mentors and Group Mentors. Additionally, we
provide a safe environment for members
to engage in regular fellowship or recreational
activities designed to promote strong peer bonds.
Moreover, our Peer Mentors
help members forge healthy
social relationships while learning
essential life skills in a safe and friendly
environment. In so doing, we help
members explore their talents and abilities without the
overwhelming pressure of unfriendly competition or
unfair comparison.
