"A Prayer for the new year that connects us to God." In Mathew, Jesus gave us specific direction on how to live as a child of God. That pattern addressed three specific duties of a Christian: Giving, Prayer, and Fasting. Jesus said, "When you give"..."When you pray"..."When you fast." He made it clear that fasting, like giving and praying, was a normal part of Christian life.

Thank you to all of our sponsors and volunteers who made the 2010 Food Drive such a success! Thanks to your hard work, food gifts and monetary contributions we were able to provide Thanksgiving meals to over a hundred hungry families. This year, our goal is to provide Thanksgiving meals for 500 area families, and Christmas meals for 100 families. Once again we will need your help to feed our neighbors in need. Food gifts can be brought to the First Pentecostal Church (144 Oxonia Ave, Neptune, NJ) or the Crudup Community Center (142 Oxonia Ave, Neptune, NJ). Monetary donations can be made at any time by sending a check to First Pentecostal Church or making a donation online. If you have any questions, please contact us. Your generous donation can ensure that we continue to help our New Jersey neighbors who need it most.
Thank you for helping us feed our hungry neighbors!
